Huashu Group
On 4 June 2026, OZ Developers signed a formal agreement with Guangdong Huashu International Economic & Trade Group Co., Ltd. — Huashu operates the China Town wholesale market model, which connects buyers directly to verified source manufacturers rather than to intermediaries.
Through that agreement the tower's trading floors are linked to a network of more than 3,000 verified manufacturers across 11 industrial categories, and OZ Developers hold the exclusive China Town franchise for Punjab.
The interior contract for those floors is held by Huashu Nanguo Dingfeng Decoration.
